Returns & Exchanges

At Google Fashion, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If your new apparel doesn't fit or meet your expectations, you can return or exchange items within 30 days of delivery.

Return Process

• 1.
  Initiate Your Return

  Visit our online Returns Portal and enter your order number and zip code to select the items you wish to send back.

• 2.
  Pack Your Items

  Place the unwashed and unworn items with original tags attached into the original shipping box or a similar secure mailer.

• 3.
  Print and Attach Label

  Download your prepaid shipping label from the portal, print it out, and securely tape it to the outside of your return package.

• 4.
  Drop Off Package

  Hand your package to the designated carrier or drop it off at any official collection point to begin the transit back to our warehouse.
